After the wedding reception in Utah, after the bride and groom had left, the family decided to have a party of their own. A dance party! They put on some music and moved the couches and we all got down. And Rix really got down. He's got moves you've never seen! His dancing is a mix between lyrical interpretive dance (he is dancing with the couch) and rave dancing (like he's on drugs). You have to see it to believe it!
So I've always told Rix he is a good dancer (hey I'm a mom, so therefore I am allowed to lie to my children). I didn't realize he was listening to me the other day when I was telling Carissa how terrible of a dancer he was. You should have seen his face! His eyes got wide and his mouth gaped open and he said "Mom! I can hear you!" It was really funny. Now he doesn't know what to believe!
PS I love Roger's dance moves too! Amazing skills Rog!

I hope you didn't shatter his dreams, and he stops dancing. I could watch that kid dance all day. He was so funny! We had so much fun with you guys. We miss you like ctazy and can't wait for the trek. I can't wait for dances at night. Rix is going to bring new meaning to square dancing.
Lol... I love that you said "This is going on my blog" because it is SO TRUE! His dancing is so weird! You weren't joking about the leg lifts and couch usage!
