Here Comes Fall!

Although the weather around here isn't as decisive, I am ready for fall! Soups are now on my menu. The Cocoa-motion has a perma-spot on the kitchen counter. And I am using the down comforter on a regular basis. Hooray! And although I love the warm summer days, fall means the coming of all my favorite holidays and more family time since it's too cold to work outside. And speaking of cold, I hate being cold. But our electric bed warmer and down comforter help, and I love bundling up in warm jammies and thick socks. And I love hot chocolate! The boys had hot chocolate last night, which is a rare occasion. I think the word "hot" made them a little nervous about trying it before, but last night they all decided they wanted to try it, and they loved it! I gave Cole his hot chocolate in a sippy cup (you have all seen the way he eats, he does NOT get a cup to drink out of!). And yes, I cooled it off before I put it in the sippy cup. And on a side note, we have these buckets of honey and the boys love to sit on them. So, in essence, they are sitting on "honey buckets". You should see how confused they are when we are out in public and one of them needs to use the portable restroom, which we call the Honeybucket. Hmmm.....We love our children enough that we actually shared our Canadian Cadbury hot chocolate with them. Although the regular Albertson's brand hot chocolate is on my grocery list. They just won't appreciate the wonderfulness of Cadbury hot chocolate. And, in all honesty, I don't really want to share. Our supplies are limited and who knows when we will go to Canada again to replenish?

I don't know how Rix got so messy. After this they requested straws to drink their hot chocolate, which resulted in a much less messy face!

I'd LOVE a Cocomotion, but Jage doesn't like hot chocolate (oh the questions I wish I'd asked him before we got married!!!). My kids love hot chocolate, though. I need to whip mine out. Want to send some of your Cadbury stuff my way? I want to try this deliciousness!

She only shared one serving with me, so we'll see about that Kelli :) You don't have a Cocomotion Kel? Get on the bandwagon and buy one! Anyway, Celeste, LOVE hot chocolate here too. My kids think they have died and gone to heaven when I mention it. You need to introduce your kids to marshmallows in their cocoa now!

We pulled our cocomotion out last night as well. Luke was introduced to it, and LOVES it! I love the honey buckets!

Your kids didn't know what hot cocoa is? I think it was one of my kids very first words!! I bet Fall in Washington is just gorgeous! It makes me want to go to Snoqualmie. I bet the drive up is amazing!
