Now don't get offended all you Utahns! I love the bubble - it makes me feel safe and I love knowing that nobody is calling me crazy behind my back when they see me with three kids under the age of four! Anyway, I'm not going to write a lot about the trip (who has time to do that??) but I will post a lot of pictures for your viewing pleasure! Thanks to everyone for driving all the way to Heber to see us so often and for hanging out with us! The date night was so fun - even though my bowling game suffered like crazy - and Dairy Keen onion rings made the trip so worth it!

Bryce and Rix had a good time climbing on this statue. Bryce especially enjoyed it once Rix started kicking the poor tiger and it made a weird metal sound. Something about violence excites my kids. Hmmmm....
We went on a train ride around part of the zoo. Bryce thought it was so fun - as you can see by this huge grin!
A family portrait in front of the zoo. Cole was watched by grandma that day (thanks grandma!) and Bryan was building a roof on his grandpa's shed.
We went and had lunch with Kory on Friday. Coincidentally Kory decided to fly home the same weekend I was visiting so I only got to see him on Friday - but it was worth it (mostly because we went to Cafe Rio!).
The main reason we chose to come this weekend is pictured in the photo above. Elder Cole came home from his mission in Tacoma (so I guess I should call him Lance Cole?? So weird). We went to his homecoming in Salem, UT.
Janalyn let us borrow a bunch of baby stuff for Cole (thanks! It was a lifesaver!). He especially liked the Bumbo chair because he could watch all the action around the Pearson household. Isn't he cute??
Now this is a clubhouse you would never see in my backyard (waaay to high off the ground for my comfort level and my kid's inability to balance well). But Rix and Austin had a good time climbing up the slide and then whooshing down it (and did they ever whoosh!).
Jason is reading a somewhat mature version of Barney to Bryce. It was fuuny because whenever Baby Bop would show up, Jason taught Bryce to "bop" the book. Bryce thought this was hilarious!
Cole is a stud wearing Luke's glasses. And the pacifier and big belly add to the effect nicely, don't you think?
All the grandkids in one swing. In a few years grandma is going to need to invest in a few more swings!
Grandma and Cole. She is poking his belly because it tickles him. Cole was a really good baby and slept really well the entire trip (except the cat naps during the day). It was really good for the family to see him.

Kory so lives just upstairs from me. Crazy, huh?
Looks like you had lots of fun there. I miss Utah a ton! So jealous you got to go to Cafe Rio. Even more jealous that it was with Kory. He comes in a week and half, though. Anyway, your kids are all getting so big! I can't believe that I probably won't see them for more than a year :*(
Hey Celeste! Well, I definitely had so much fun with you while you were here. I only wish that I wasn't so busy! It was probably better that way because I have a hard time sharing you. :) Hope your boys are feeling better. Talk to you soon!
That's Cole in the bumbo chair?! No way! That kid is changing every day. Sounds like you had fun seeing everyone and being super busy. Now I just need to go to Cafe Rio to make Carissa even more jealous =)
