Our flight back from Utah on Monday morning was really really early, so needless to say my kids got very little sleep. They each took five hour naps when we got home Monday morning, but I think my little Bryce got overworked and therefore became sick. He started throwing up while I was at the dentist (sorry Mom!) and hasn't had the best diapers. He actually hasn't eaten anything since Sunday night, which wasn't much, and all he wants to do is drink milk and juice.
I turned around from the computer at the office to find Bryce sleeping on the floor on Tuesday morning. He slept this way for an hour. Isn't it so cute and sad?? You can't see, but he is clutching an open Tootsie Roll in his hand that he ate after he woke up - and then spit it out.
After he woke up from the floor, I had some things to get done, so I set him in Cole's swing, and he fell asleep again. You can't see, but he is holding a blue M&M in his hand. He begged for it, but didn't want to eat it.
Sleeping on Daddy at 6pm. He cried all day for Daddy!He is feeling a little better today - he is talking and smiling, something he hasn't done in a couple days. But his diapers are still gross and he is still refusing food!

Sick kids are a love/hate thing. I hate that they are so miserable but I love that they are so cute at it, and they cuddle more. I'm glad he's feeling better. At least he didn't get sick while on vacation, right?
I'm so sad that Bryce is sick! I had the same thing yesterday. I'm sure we were exposed while you were in Utah! So sad! Hope he's doing better!
I'm with Carissa, you feel so bad for your kids when you are sick, but isn't it great that they cuddle?! Maybe talk to your doctor, he may need Pedialyte or something to replenish what he's lost from not eating. So Stina had the same thing Bryce did? Did she have bad diapers too? Hahaha!!! Hope he is feeling better soon, those pictures are heartbreaking but so way cute!
