So the day has been set - we find out what we are having on Monday, July 9th at 12:30. So what does everyone think - boy or girl? And by the way, we know we are only having one baby, so no bets on multiples!!! So have your phones on and available around 1pm PST!!!

FYI - Dad (Papa) guesses it's going to be a girl. And is Dad ever wrong??? And no, we haven't thought of any names yet. We only do that like three days before the due date!

Nana (Mom) told me today she thinks it's a girl because the heartbeat was supposedly at 140 bpm.
Yes, the heartbeat at my last dr appt was around the 130s and 140s, and my doctor turned to me and said, "Are you hoping for a girl?" but at the same time, past experience tells me it's a boy.
I was telling my Dutch cousins about this huge Pearson family and how Jordyn's the only girl and Roger & Janlayn are having a boy, and Kevin & Kristen are having a boy, and Bryan & Celeste are having their third boy. It didn't occur to me that I said boy until hours later and the conversation was long over and they were gone. So, I guess subconsciously, I'm thinking boy. But, I've thought all along that you would have a girl...eventually. How many kids are you going to have???
I'll go with...boy. Prove me wrong!!
You know, I always wanted a big family, like 6 kids or so, but I have no concrete number. We could stop at 4 or have a football team! It depends on our circumstances at the time and if we have crazy kids (which will decrease the total amount wanted!).
GO GIRL...for the sake of the Pearson Family!!
